Set The Controls For The Heart
I couldn't update village for years but, I left some advise about control on the Village: Commune.
Do nothing hurt you.
Do something what you can for more better day than yesterday. Improve your living one by one. And then, you can jump up someday. Study about your body. Find a good way. Do meditation. Do some rest. Do nothing hurt you.
Do something good to stop it.
Stop smoking, reduce sugar. It’s very difficult to do because of you are not a young who full of hope. But because of so, you will not want to do it again after you stop it at last someday. You and I have got nothing and we can’t die like this, like homo sapiens. And this is one of that we can do in this pandemic world.
Do something good to stop it for your body. You can have got some more breath time, more yoga time, more massage time. It will makes you a little bit stronger. My life was a series of endless failures. But this world also looks like that. So we can’t die like this.
You can't control yourself but, you can control your plan.
It will change you.
If you think you are in a deep darkness, you need to look elsewhere. It may feel like a right turn, but that’s where you start. From where you can do something. It can be a little bit long journey. But at last, your sadness, your anger, will change you.
This Inflation age is a good chance to reduce eating and drinking. Especially be ceareful drinkables. It will irritate your stomach and make your intestines lose their chance to work. Your body will be better if you eat and drink less.
Humans are addicted, and we may feel it's impossible to change the inertia of habit with the power of will. However, if you take a big step back and improve your living one by one, starting with small things or things you can do well, you will be able to try things that are more difficult or that you have not been able to do before.
You should aim to stop one time rather than think for a long period of time. Once you stop, it becomes your new habit and you will soon be able to go further.
