I agree Social Media is bad for a child. But not just child, it is dangerous to everyone. I guess I talked about this problem before, but many people use a mobile phone. So I would like to talk about how you can use G+ well.
But first, I would like to notice one important tip for mobile phone. This is a tip for copy and paste of a web URL. If you connect a blog from G+ community, you can't copy the URL. But, if you start from Chrome, you can copy that URL. Just click URL twice. and you can move it to anywhere.
This means you can make a link, and if you can make a link, you can make a list. and if you can make a list, that's all about the web.
Yes, That's it. Imagine this. You are in a bookstore, but you can't see titles of books. Then, all books are just a paper, not a bookstore. This is the reason why social media is dangerous to everyone.
But not just social media, Blog have got same problems. Early internet age, many people opened a web site. And then many people used a blog. But this blog shows the last post at the first seen. This means 'Blog' is close to news media rather than a store of an information. If you visit a site that work was ended, you can see a list only. So, I use blog such as a site. I use 'Sidebar' and 'Labels' as a menu of a site.
How to use G+ profile
You can see the naked hippie woman on this blog. I could get it from a man in a community. We talked about that photo. But, he deleted his profile a few days later. He had got thousands of followers and had got many postings. But he deleted it. And if you delete your profile, you can recover it again.
Jen also liked to delete her posts. I also deleted all posts of collections several times. What's the matter?

Good point of social media is easy postings. But, you can feel sometimes a post is quite important. In this case, you can move it to your blog or site. But even though you don't have got your blog or site, you can make a collection for it.
Let's think a traditional site menu. 'Home' or 'Main' and 'About' section. Also, we can think to make a collection such as a name 'Main' collection, 'About' collection, because there isn't more important collection than these. A collection may have got just one or two posts. But that's o.k. And you can escape from this G+ style by this way.
Also, if you want more cool design, You can move it to your blog. Google blogger couldn't support mobile phone well. But, you can see village blogs support mobile phone well. Also, I couldn't help you well cause I didn't have got a smartphone at that time. I am the latest person who bought a smartphone. But I guess I wrote about it today.
I used G+ profile. And I deleted all posts. But I couldn't make collections because I had to show communities first as an admin of village. I may give up to support communities at my profile.
